Account & Registration

Visit 3pttigold.app/register and complete the two-step form. In step one you enter your Pakistani mobile number and choose a password. In step two you add your name, date of birth and province. You must be at least 18 years old to register. Your date of birth is collected at registration and verified against your CNIC when you make your first withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 is closed immediately and all funds are returned to the depositing payment source.

No — 3pttigold permits only one account per person. Creating a second account is a Terms and Conditions violation and results in both accounts being suspended with all balances forfeited. If you have lost access to your existing account, contact support@3pttigold.app for recovery assistance rather than registering again.

KYC is triggered when you request your first withdrawal. You will need to upload a clear photo or scan of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — both front and back. The name and date of birth on your CNIC must exactly match the details you entered at registration. KYC is typically reviewed within 24 hours on business days. Once verified, the status applies permanently to your account.

To close your account, contact support@3pttigold.app with your registered mobile number and a written request to close the account. Any remaining PKR balance will be refunded to your registered payment method before closure. If you are closing due to gaming-related concerns, we recommend using the self-exclusion tool instead, which provides additional protections.

Yes, but this requires manual processing by the 3pttigold team. You cannot change your registered mobile number through the self-service settings. Email support@3pttigold.app from your registered email address and provide CNIC verification. The process typically takes 2–3 business days once identity is confirmed.

Deposits

Log in to your account, go to Deposit and Withdrawal, select your preferred payment method and follow the on-screen instructions. Available methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. All deposits are processed in PKR with no conversion fees.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited instantly in most cases. NayaPay and SadaPay typically process within a few minutes. IBFT bank transfers can take 1–4 hours depending on the sending bank. Visa/Mastercard deposits process within 5–15 minutes. If your deposit has not appeared after 2 hours, contact support with your payment reference number.

Individual payment methods may have their own transaction limits (for example, Easypaisa has network-level transaction caps). For platform-level limits, contact support@3pttigold.app. You can also voluntarily set your own deposit limits from the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings — these take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day waiting period.

First, check that the deposit has actually been deducted from your payment account (Easypaisa app, JazzCash app or bank statement). If it has been deducted, contact support@3pttigold.app and include: your registered mobile number, the payment method used, the transaction amount in PKR, the date and time, and the payment reference or transaction ID. Our team will trace and credit the deposit, typically within 4 business hours.

No. All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members — are not permitted and may result in those funds being held pending investigation. Withdrawals

Log in and go to Deposit and Withdrawal, then select "Withdraw". Enter the amount you want to withdraw and choose your payment method. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number for security confirmation. Once confirmed, the withdrawal is processed. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within 15–60 minutes once approved. IBFT bank transfers take 1–6 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Processing times may be slightly longer on public holidays in Pakistan. Your first withdrawal will take additional time for KYC review if not already completed.

The minimum withdrawal on 3pttigold is Rs 500. There is no maximum on the withdrawal amount itself, though individual payment methods may have their own limits at the network level (for example, Easypaisa has per-transaction caps). If you need to withdraw a large amount, you can split it across multiple transactions or contact support for guidance.

Common reasons for withdrawal rejection include:
  • KYC identity verification not yet completed or documents not matching registration details
  • Active bonus wagering requirements not yet met (bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before they become withdrawable)
  • The withdrawal destination account is not in your own name
  • Account security flag — unusual login or activity pattern detected

No. Bonus funds must meet the wagering requirements specified in the bonus terms before they can be withdrawn. For example, if a Rs 1,000 bonus carries a 20x wagering requirement, you need to wager a total of Rs 20,000 using the bonus before the resulting winnings become withdrawable as real money. Your own real-money deposits are always withdrawable at any time, subject to KYC verification.

Security & Login

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and an OTP will be sent via SMS. Use the OTP to verify your identity and set a new password. The whole process takes about 2 minutes. Do not attempt to log in multiple times with a wrong password — repeated failures will temporarily lock your account.

Check the following: (1) Confirm you are entering your number without the leading zero (e.g. 3001234567, not 03001234567). (2) Check your phone has signal — OTP delivery requires active network connection. (3) Check your number is not on DND (Do Not Disturb) for transactional SMS with your network operator (Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone). (4) Wait up to 2 minutes — network congestion can delay SMS. If still not received, use the "Resend OTP" button and contact support if the problem persists.

Act immediately: (1) Change your password using the "Forgot password?" reset flow. (2) Contact support@3pttigold.app immediately to flag suspected unauthorised access — include your mobile number and a brief description of what activity you noticed. (3) Check your email and phone for any OTP messages you did not request. 3pttigold's security team will investigate and can freeze suspicious transaction activity while the review is underway.

An account lock due to failed login attempts automatically lifts after 30 minutes. Alternatively, use the OTP login method on the Login page to bypass the password lock immediately. If your account shows as "suspended" rather than locked, contact support@3pttigold.app — suspension has a specific reason that the support team will explain and can often resolve quickly once identity is confirmed.

Responsible Gaming

Go to Settings > Responsible Gaming in your account and select "Self-Exclusion". Alternatively, contact support@3pttigold.app and request immediate self-exclusion — we will activate it within minutes. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum of 6 months.
